The information about your Order Status is taken directly from a courier web-site,
which means that the availability of this information depends directly on the
courier service uptime, so if you experience any difficulties or problems obtaining your Order
Status, please contact us for immediate assistance.
In the fields below you are prompted to enter the e-mail address you used when
placed your Order and the Order ID number which you received just after the
shipment of your Order was arranged and the courier have your package.
If you did not yet receive the Order ID number to your inbox, that most likely
means that the shipment is not yet arranged for your Order. In the case of
